Paint-your-own Pottery
at Milk & Mocha, Kenilworth

We're delighted to be able to offer you a fantastic venue to Paint-your-own-Pottery every Tuesday and Wednesday ~ head on over for pottery painting, delicious waffles, crepes, cakes and more! 

 

Who can paint?

Everyone is welcome! You'll find seasonal pottery options suitable for all ages from children to teens and adults. Pottery is available to paint all day on Tuesday and Wednesdays including school holidays.

​

No previous experience is needed and pottery painting is a wonderfully relaxing way to spend time. An information sheet will be available with tips and advice.

​

All the glazes used are non-toxic and food safe. This means that your mugs, plates and bowls are all safe to eat and drink from once glazed and fired.

 

We advise against using a dishwasher to clean and handprinted pottery is not suitable for use in the microwave.​

How does it work?

 

​There's no need to book ahead to paint-your-own pottery at Milk & Mocha; just pop down, choose your pottery and paint! 

​

Choose your pottery from the selection in the cafe. There will be a small range of our most popular pottery as well as a seasonal selection which will change throughout the year. 

​

The Milk & Mocha staff will get you started and be there to answer general queries you may have. 

 

There is a £2 Painters Fee and a £5 minimum spend per guest at the table.

 

Pottery is generally priced at £15 however there may be a few items a little less and a few a little more as our seasonal selection changes. CASH ONLY please for pottery.

Drinks, cake and food is all available whilst you paint.

 

(N.B tables available for 1.5 hours only during busy times)

When will my pottery be ready​?

​

Once you've finished painting, just leave your pottery with the team at Milk & Mocha. We will thecollect it for glazing and firing at our studio.

​

The process of glazing and firing in our busy studio means that we aim for a TWO WEEK turnaround on your pottery. As soon as it is wrapped and ready for you, we will get in touch and arrange collection from our Kenilworth studio.

​

We are unfortunately unable to post pottery or guarantee an earlier collection.

​

(N.B your pottery will be kept for 3 months after your painting date)
