Covid-Safe Guidelines

At Crazy Kiln, the happiness and safety of our customers is extremely important to us. We have adapted the way that we work in line with the current Government guidance and want to reassure you that we are doing all we can to keep everyone as safe as possible during this time.

We know that a visit to Crazy Kiln is more than just a quick hand or foot printed on a piece of pottery - it's a special memory making moment. Very often, we are capturing little hands and feet for the first time and creating gifts that will be cherished forever.

So when you visit us, you'll get the same friendly welcome as you would have done just a few months ago - we might look a little different behind our masks and visors but hopefully you'll still be able to see our smiles. And don't worry, the masks definitely won't stop us from chatting!

Face Coverings and Lateral Flow Testing

  • Throughout your visit, we will wear a mask and in addition, during closer contact, a visor.
  • We ask that if possible, you as the customer also wear a face mask. Children under the age of 11 are exempt from needing to wear a face covering.
  • From April 2021 onwards we will be testing ourselves twice weekly using lateral flow tests.

Hygiene and Cleaning

  • On arrival and exit, we ask that you sanitise your hands at our hand sanitiser station.
  • We will wash our hands regularly and between customers.
  • We will clean and sanitise equipment and surfaces between customers.
